Charles R. Rayl

Mr. Rayl received his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in 1965 and was a commissioned officer and pilot in the United States Army, serving in Vietnam and Germany until 1970. He received his Masters of Science from Kansas State University in 1972 in Agricultural Economics and his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1975. He has been admitted to practice law in the Kansas Courts and the United States District Court of Kansas, the Tenth Circuit Court and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and a past president of the Chase-Lyon County Bar Association. He is a licensed land title abstractor and title insurance agent. He is an owner of Chase County Title Co. and Lyon County Title, LLC. Mr. Rayl's areas of practice include: real estate law, land titles, business law, banking, commercial collections, wills, trusts and estate planning.

Douglas P. Jones

Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science from Emporia State University in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from the Washburn University School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the Kansas Bar in September of 2002 and is licensed in Kansas State and Federal Courts. Mr. Jones is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America as well as the Chase-Lyon County Bar Association and the Dickinson County Bar Association. Mr. Jones' area of practice includes: criminal law, family and domestic law, real estate law, wills, trusts and estate planning, personal injury and general civil litigation.
